R.W. Weaver Properties, Ltd. is a privately held company owned by Ronald Weaver, Sr. and the Weaver family. Ronald Weaver, Sr. bought and refurbished his first property in 1973. He enjoyed the satisfaction that came with restoring homes and at the same time contributing to the community.Since that time Mr. Weaver has bought, restored, rented and sold over 100 single-family homes.

The Weaver family has expanded its business by investing in commercial buildings and retail lease property. The company specializes in the purchase of underperforming properties and turning them into profitable investments. The company has purchased over 200,000 square feet of office space in the East Texas area, and has bought the 200,000 square foot Park Place Shopping Center in Longview, Texas.

Mr. Weaver has taught his son, Ronald Weaver, Jr., to appreciate the same solid work ethic that has proven to be the cornerstone of his business. Ronald, Jr. is now an active part of the business, bringing new energy and ideas into the thriving real estate company.

Weaver started Ronald Weaver Construction Company, Inc. in 1973 and has built more than 30 new homes. In the 1980's and 90's, several apartment complexes were either built or bought and renovated by Weaver Construction.
